When teammates try to submit a task request to me, the following error message appears: "Task Manager add-on could not find compatible Task Manager REST API Extender plugin installed on Jira. Please use the documentation to install compatible version of the plugin on Jira."
What does this mean and how do I fix it? Thank you!
Does it work for them to submit a task request to any other user?
The error message is referring to needing to have a compatible version of this app installed on the Jira server where Confluence is trying to create the requests.
To fix this a Jira Administrator for that Jira system would need to get a compatible version of the app installed.
