Tasks completion date doesn't match

Task due dates are wrong in confluence. This seems to be a timezone issue. How can I make sure the correct timezone is set? I know this is an issue for server instances due to the host server being in a different timezone, but we are on a cloud version so seems like that would not apply.

Basically this is a user setting that you would set yourself and/or ask your colleagues to set.
