Greeting, community! Problem occurred when user change his surname and now it shows all tasks twice.

Hello Evgeny,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to have you join us. I just have a few questions for you before we proceed.

  1. Can you confirm with me what you are using to manage your users on Confluence? Are you using LDAP, or the internal Confluence directory, for example?
  2. Secondly, where did the user change their surname exactly? Was it directly within user management, via their profile, or on an external user server?
  3. Did their username change?
  4. If you Rebuild the Indices from scratch, does the issue persist?
