Task report - appears only by reload page

Hi all

i have added a task by icon "Action Item []".

But it does only appear on my page with the "Task report" - when I reload the page. Otherwise the task will not be displayed.

note: i am completly new at confluence - but i cant find any global- or tasks-settings...

forgotten to say: it appears maybe after 1-2h later - maybe normal syncprocess..?
