Table of contents while using include macro

Hello, I am building a page made of content entirely generated by include macros. Is it possible to have a standard table of contents when the entire page is built this way? We are generating a table of contents in very odd formats and the links do not direct the user to the right heading on the page. Would really appreciate the help! Thanks!
