Geneviève Rouleau July 11, 2013

I update my server from 3.1.1 to 5.1.4. I do three updates to go to 5.1.4. It works fine but some document with TOC don't work. The TOC is there but the link don't work. I delete the TOC, save, edit and insert TOC again. It doesn't work. I try to copy the content of the page to a new page. Some item in the new page have link but some don't. Do you have any idea?

Hi again,

If that's the case, it might be possible that one of the confluence bundle plugin has been disable after the update.

To resolve this you will need to reset all the plugin back to default state. Please try the step below:

  1. Backup your database Dump as a precaution
  2. Shutdown Confluence
  3. Run the query below in your Confluence database
UPDATE BANDANA SET BANDANAVALUE = '<map/>' WHERE BANDANAKEY = 'plugin.manager.state.map';

4. Clear Plugin Cache https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+Clear+Confluence+Plugins+Cache

5. Restart Confluence

If the issue persist, you might need to create a support ticket in https://support.atlassian.com/. Our support engineer will help you to investigate this issue.

Kind Regards,
Jing Hwa
