Please see the screenshot below. 

I've added the table of contents, and it's not showing in the preview. Could you let me know how to fix this problem? Thanks

Hi please add 

1. Page layout as single row 

2. Place Table macro on that single row layout

3. Now Add your main Header with big font size 

4. Add your information as paragraph

We have the same problem. Do you have to change the page layout? That would be a problem for us.
