What is the source table? Is it another macro or a manually created table?
Is the header cell a vertically merged cell?

actually yes! I removed the extra row and it's working fine now! thanks for the suggestion, I wouldn't have guessed. There should be an option though to ignore first row in the settings

Table Filter and Charts app now supports tables with multiple headers (headers with merged cells).
