Table filter drop-down options: how to remove header value from the filter?

When adding drop-down filters to a table, the header value is added to the list of values. How to avoid it?

Is the header cell a vertically merged cell?

actually yes! I removed the extra row and it's working fine now! thanks for the suggestion, I wouldn't have guessed. There should be an option though to ignore first row in the settings

You are right, it is a good idea be able to work with tables with multiple header rows.

Table Filter and Charts app now supports tables with multiple headers (headers with merged cells).
