How to sync confluence pages between two sites?
I tried with excerpt & include macros which didn't work between the sites.
The basic idea is to keep a page updated in one confluence site which will automatically update the page in the other confluence site
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Macros don't work between sites the way you want here. You can create a solution using APIs or use a marketplace app. I recommend the latter option. As you mentioned sites, I assume you are on Cloud. I suggest checking out the Atlassian Marketplace, where you can find several apps that may assist you in achieving that.
Thank you so much for the warm welcome & the response Ivan
Possibile to be more specific on what are the APIs available & also the viable apps for this purpose?

If you're interested in developing your own solution to handle this use case, you can check out this link for the API reference: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-page/#api-group-page. However, I would only recommend this route if you have the necessary expertise and seek a bespoke solution. Instead, combining Automation for Confluence can help set triggers such as a page update and run APIs using the webhook action. For more details about Automation for Confluence, see https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/confluence-cloud-automation/.
Still, I strongly suggest looking into marketplace apps for your specific need for a sync service—for example, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225377/space-sync-for-confluence-copy-publish-pages-over-sites?hosting=cloud&tab=overview, which syncs content between different sites.
I'm also curious to hear about other users' experiences with this.
