Sub bullet list

Hi can someone help with doing a sub bullet list. I have the main bullet list and i want to add the circled sub bullets below. See screenshot enclosed and circled of how it should look, another user created it how it should look but for some reason I cant do the same. There is no way I can see to select sub bullets its just normal bullets. Please help Screenshot 2021-03-02 at 14.17.48.png

Indenting and outdenting should be manageable via the tab key (SHIFT+tab to outdent). I haven't used Cloud in a while, and I know there were editor changes, so if that doesn't work, this bug ticket might have some answers
