I am unable to create spaces under the free plan. Says contact admin. I am the admin.

There is no access on the free plan for the spaces settings.

I also do not see the new space I created while signing up for Confluence on Cloud.

Can you share a screenshot please? Can you go to the cog and then global permission? What do you see?
