Space shortcuts section is missing

I am going through each of our team spaces and archiving, and then adding a space shortcut to the archived space.

Which is working great, except for one.

I cannot see, nor work out how to add, the space short cut section.

Any ideas on how to get it back?

I've solved my own issue.  

There were custom settings applied, and when reverting back to normal settings voila!  It's back.

Congrats to you. What settings did you find inhibited the shortcuts section from appearing?
