Space permissions on confluence

I need one of my confluence users (dleung) to be able to view/edit/delete/comment etc. on a particular space on confluence (sambet).

I have enabled all the space permissions and individual permissions so that the user (dleung) can see the space, but they still dont have any access/permission to see the space.

Maybe it is worth to check some other things:

• do you have any page restrictions on the main page of the space that do not allow your new user to see it ?
• Does your user see any other spaces not visible to anonymous users ? Does she/he have the confluence-users group ?
