We hold our documentation in Confluence. But project documentation is being generated externally and stored in Azure Repositories. What we want to achieve is to make each project documentation visible to others and thought about the way to let it access through our Confluence pages. Is there a way to embed external HTML documentation somehow? Or any other way to publish our project documentation.
Thanks
Hello @SK
Welcome to the community!!
As the documentation is stored outside of Confluence, it would need an export and then import as pages in the required Spaces.
Currently, word documents, Google Doc and documents stored in OneDrive are natively supported. Kindly refer to the Atlassian documentation here.
Kindly accept the answer if this helps.

GG
Hi @Gaurav
Thanks for your reply. Can we automate export/import functionality? Our HTML content will be generated automatically and should be included as soon as the new content was generated.
This old post How can I integrate external HTML pages in Confluence? suggests an HTML Macro. Will it also work?
Best,
SK

Hello @SK
In order to automate the export/ import process, you will need to explore the Confluence APIs and write a custom code. Atlassian documentation for APIs is available here.
Alternatively, you can also explore the Atlassian Marketplace for any relevant 3rd party plugin which suits your use case.
The post shared is related to the server implementation and the cloud implementation is different than that, so it will not help.
