We are sharing images across applications and want to be able to modify them in the future, so we're saving them in SnagX format (using SnagIt 2023). When uploaded, these images appear as:
Are we going to have to save each image in 2 different formats in order to have one to modify later and one to upload now?
Since SNAGX files are proprietary to Techsmith, I wouldn't have expected them to work in Confluence. Which would then mean the answer toy our question might be yes. I usually just open my PNG files in SnagIt and edit as needed.
Out of curiosity, are you able to open SNAGX files outside of a Techsmith app?
