Slack Notification permissions in Confluence

I've noticed that anyone with only view and comment access to my space can add and edit Slack notifications, including editing ones that I've created.

 

Is there any way to modify these permissions? It seems odd that someone who doesn't even have Add access to my space can both add a Slack notification regarding one of my pages, and also edit MY Slack notifications.
