Share content with non Atlassian users (no Atlassian user account) but only within the corporate net

Robin May 4, 2022

As an example: We want to create documentation in Confluence and make it available to users who do not have an Atlassian user. BUT it is important that the Space is only visible to company employees (company network) and cannot be accessed from outside. Which possibilities are known here?

Hi @Robin Mönikheim please have a review of this page.
Confluence Cloud set-up-public-access

Thanks for your answer Craig - this page is known. Yes - we want to have anonymous access activated (without login). But spcase shall not be reachable outside the company network. Any possibilities to set this up via Atlassian settings?

Are you on Confluence Cloud Premium?  If you are, you can set up IP allowlisting so that only the IP ranges of your corporate network will allow anonymous access.

Instructions are here:

This is also already known, thanks for the input. Unfortunately not a realistic feasible option for us. Any other suggestions that come to mind?
