I am new to Confluence and am building a Confluence Cloud site for my organization. There will be 4 key spaces that will be accessed by our users. I like the Dashboard to be the homepage, but want to "star" these four spaces for each user by default, so when they login for the first time, the spaces are already on their dashboard.
You cannot set starred spaced to be default for each user, that is an individual user setting. You could use a theme app like Refined for Confluence Cloud to create the initial landing space and have those spaces listed there.
