I see there are a fair few decent starter templates for Confluence available, however very surprisingly, there are actually very few for ITSM.
We are just starting to build our JSM system, and as part of that our Service Catalogue will be central, along with our asset register/CMDB. Has anyone created any templates or found any good templates for things like service cost/price calculator, Service description, service transition checklists etc? I have these all in ppt and excel, and would love to be able to not build them out again from scratch in Confluence.
Any tips /direction would be very much welcomed
