or can you only search using one label at a time?

Yes, it is possible to search using multiple labels or tags in Confluence. Confluence provides a feature called "Label Search" that allows you to search for content that has multiple labels or tags.

To search for content with multiple labels, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Confluence search bar and enter the first label you want to search for.
  • Click on the "Filter" button that appears next to the search bar.
  • In the "Filters" section, click on the "Labels" filter.
  • Enter the second label you want to search for in the "Labels" field.
  • Click on the "+" button to add another label field.
  • Enter any additional labels you want to search for.
  • Click the "Apply" button to perform the search.

This will return all the pages or content that have all the labels or tags you entered.
