Hello,
I am seeing an issue where certain users are unable to use the search function. No matter what they search, nothing appears.
I have cleared cache, switched browsers and used inprivate/incognito mode.
I searched the support portal and only found information about reindexing, but there is not an option for Content Indexing. I guess this is not related to the cloud version.

I checked the confluence status, and I see that there was an issue last week about searching but it says this is resolved. Is there a way to report I am having this issue?

Can confirm we have some users experience this same issue. Had them try the same things Justin has tried and searching still returns no results.
