Search Field returns timeout

any search from the confleucne search field on a page results in "timeout".  At times it works and others it does not.

Can you provide a little more detail as to what steps you are taking when it times out and share a screenshot of where you are searching?

sorry for the late response.  So when customers try to copy and page or try to type a page space or parent page.. They are getting timeout errors.. All the permissions seems to be correct.  Here are some screenshots

Hi Brant. I actually looked at the log which lead me to increasing the Max Simultaneous Request which solved my issue

Choose the cog icon , then choose General Configuration
Choose Further Configuration in the left-hand panel.
Choose Edit.
Enter the appropriate number in the field beside Max Simultaneous Requests.
Choose Save.
