Hello,

I missed the email containing the warning regarding the deactivation of my confluence site.

I would like to know if there's a possibility to restore this site or retrieve a backup of this site?

Regards

Hi @Mairie Gros Morne

The duration for which your product's data will be retained depends on the plan and billing system.

For trials, it is 15 days

For Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plans, it is 60 days.

Please note that for Free plans managed by the original billing system, data is only retained for 15 days.

For further information, you can refer to this https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/.

Additionally, you can seek assistance from Atlassian by following these steps:

1. Go to https://support.atlassian.com/

2. Contact

3. What can we help you with? - select Billing, payments, and pricing

4. Select a topic - select Help with a deactivated site

5. Provide the URL, and give some details in the message.

Thank you.

Hi, thank you very much for your response.

I think that it's over for me unfortunately, it was a free plan and I'm over 60 days.

I will ask support, maybe with a holy grace they can have a backup somewhere... :)
