Restricting the Update Notification email to show only the section/part of the page that changed

Is there a way to only show the section (or part) of the Confluence page that was updated in the Update Notification Email?

When there is a lot of content on a page, I don't want the people who receive the email to have to scroll through the entire page content to see the update(s).

We often make small (but important) updates on pages with a lot of content.
