I'm wondering if there is a way to display a list of labels to only certain labels you want in the list without having to individually exclude every other label that you don't want on that list. That way when a new label gets added in the space, it won't require you to have to go back into the label list macro and exclude that new label.
Currently this is not possible as it mentioned here as well https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Restrict-label-options/qaq-p/753844
There is a suggestion for your specific issue here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-9742
In addition you could check this app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218507/labels-restrict?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter
