Hello, my org used Confluence and one of the users created a few pages. We shut it down for a while and activated it a few days ago. The user noticed that his pages were gone and he didn't delete them (so it doesn't appear in the archive/ trash), also we don't have a backup for Confluence (because it was off). Is there a way to restore those pages?
Hi @daniela_skums ,
The rollback of your site is possible only if the site was deactivated within the last 30 days. However, your Confluence Cloud (Free plan) was deactivated on 21st July, which is beyond this 30-day window. We attempted to check if we had an automated snapshot from Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) available from when your site data was still present, but unfortunately, it was deleted after 30 days of site deactivation.
We strongly advise making a backup of your Confluence or Jira site in the future to prevent such issues. We understand the inconvenience this data loss may cause and we apologize for it.
Thanks,
Dhanush

Hi @daniela_skums , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. To me, it sounds like your case is one where Atlassian would be best placed to help you, as they can access your instance and try to figure out what is going on. So, I will ask them to take a look at this question and they will reach out to you for more info.
Cheers
