Resolving Confluence Space Export Issue and Working with Confluence Logs

Hi there, I have been trying to export the content of one particular Confluence spaces and it's failing. I'm trying to review the logs by following instructions provided in the Working with Confluence Logs article and I think that there's a couple of steps that I'm missing before being able to retrieve the logs from the cloud version of Confluence, which is what I'm using and in accessing the application server logs.

Here are the links I've tried to use in retrieving the logs but none of them worked -
