Required label, when create or update a page

As an admin, I want to request labels when a user creates or updates a page.

A label from the list of three labels is required. Maybe someone has a solution with Scriptrunner. Unfortunately, Scriptrunner Support does not have a solution ready.

I was going to suggest using add label macro by Adaptavist but I was not able to find it in the marketplace.  That is the only solution I know of that allows for the functionality you are describing.
