What happens if I miss payment for my Atlassian product subscription?
If payment fails for your Atlassian product subscription, you will be unsubscribed from all products 15 days after the payment due date, at which point users will no longer be able to access the product.
Data retention period
After you have been unsubscribed, the length of your product’s data retention period will depend on its license or plan. For products with:
Evaluation licenses – data is retained for 15 days
Free plans - data is retained for 60 days
Standard and Premium plans – data is retained for 60 days
At the end of this data retention period, your product’s data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Atlassian won't delete any of your data stored in the Google Apps Marketplace, such as users or information in your Google Apps database, Google Docs, Gmail messages, Google Calendar entries, Google Chat, or Google Sites.
If you need to re-subscribe to a suspended subscription for which the data has not yet been permanently deleted, refer to this:

Your products won't go away for at least 3 months, and it's usually another month or two on top of that, and Atlassian have backups that last at lot longer than that, unless you ask for a full deletion.
