Remove tooltip for non-coder user

I created a wiki page and noticed that every time I mouse hover to a link or a tab within the wiki page, I get a tooltip with "test" caption in it. How do I remove this? Note that I don't use code to create the wiki page, I did it from the UI.

I have some questions for you, before we can help you.

• Do you use confluence server or confluence cloud? 
• Do you use any plugins? Because these tabs can't be done with normal confluence features.
