Remove the watch the space feature

Is there a way to remove the Watch feature from spaces so users can not select to watch ALL Spaces and or pages.

Into space tools - Look - Stylesheet this CSS:

#watch-content-button{
display:none !important;
}

I tested on my instance and it did hide the watch button for spaces.

Note that this only hides the watch button, it does not disable the shortcut so users can still enable watching.
