Is it possible to let us know which of these features from the blog post will be making its way to Data Center? We are most interested in the Scheduled Publish feature but an update on all of them would be fantastic. Thanks.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
There are apps that provide this functionality currently in data center so it might be a low priority for Atlassian. I would suggest submitting a feature request and seeing what they say about it.
