The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
We have enabled anonymous access on a space. The issue is whenever we share a link with a user that isn't enabled with anonymous access, Confluence is taking them to anonymous access enabled space instead of login page.
Kindly provide a solution.
Hi @Kiran Pamuru ,
Welcome to Atlassian community.
I think its there browser cache which is taking them to the space where anonymous access is enabled. You can ask them to clear the browser cached and check once. Ask the user to hit that URL in incognito mode and check.
Have a good day!
Thanks,
Srinath T
Thank you @Srinatha T
I don't think it's an issue with the cache; We tried with Incognito, but it's still the same behavior.
Regards,
Kiran
