We are using the Recently Updated macro for reporting purposes. I've noticed that this macro sometimes "misses" content. Example: I have a page that was created and then updated. The macro does not actually report the page creation (no entry "created by") but it DOES report subsequent updates to the page.
This is creating a fairly big problem for me because I am afraid I'm missing a lot of content from my reports :(
