Hi there,
I couldn't find a related article. We have an issue where the server clocks got out of sync so some document version ended up with a timestamp on a future date.
We deleted these versions, however the changes that relate to those deleted versions are still listed in the Recent Activity macro.
Is there a way of removing these?
Thank you
@Anita Szabo My guess is that they will go away once the cache / index updates. How long has it been since you deleted the versions?
Hi @Brant Schroeder , I deleted them earlier today - it may need more time to update then. I'll check the macro again tomorrow and feedback! Thank you

Hi @Brant Schroeder , checking back today, the macro still displays the changes that were timestamped to July 2024. When you mentioned index update - if I run a site or space re-index, could that resolve the problem?

@Anita Szabo I would suggest doing two things. Make sure that the pages are actually deleted, empty the recycle bin or delete them from the trash. If this does not remove them run a reindex and see if that fixes the issue.

Hello @Brant Schroeder , the pages should be kept, I can't delete them. The versions that were deleted are from last week and more were published since, picking up the correct date now. In that case, run re-index only? Thanks so much for your help.

Let me know what happens after the reindex.
