I have got a Refresh problem on a Confluence page. Indeed, when I change anything on JIRA Issue, there is no refresh on this macro "Table Filter", whereas other macros on this confluence page refresh automatically..

I am working on a communication project so it is important to me to have a  rapid solution.

Please let me know if you have any idea,

Many thanks

Hi ,

The Table Filter macro belongs to the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app that is developed by our company.

The question is rather old and I assume the issue was resolved via our support portal, but for other users who may come across the same situation I'll try to clarify: our macros support dynamically changing tabular Confluence macros, for example, the Jira Issues macro. Please check some examples here.

I mean that whatever data is shown via the Jira Issues macro, with this data our macros (Table Filter, Pivot Table, Table Transformer, etc.) work.

To refresh the Jira Issues macro (to "pull" all the changes from Jira to Confluence immediately), use the macro refresh button.

To bypass the caching automatically (without using the refresh button), you may change the caching parameter. Please check this article for more details

Hi Selene,

if you have an issue with a supported plugin and need a fast solution, please call the support of the plugin vendor directly (https://stiltsoft.com/support.html).

This platform here is community based. We do as much as we can, but we don't have always the time for rapid solutions beneath our main jobs.
