We are using Confluence for employee evaluations with a 5-point rating. Is there a way to add check boxes on each task for a supervisor to check one of the 5 rating? It would be even better if it totaled it and gave the average at the end.

Hi @Rachel Reynolds 

The system does not support a built-in 5-point rating system with automated totals and averages, you have to try on manual methods / macro / external tools.
