REQ: Solution for Table that is both sortable and expandable/collapsable

I have a 800 row and 30 column table.

I cannot figure what method to create a table that is both

1. Expandable/Collapsable, so that each row remains aligned.

2. Column that are Sortable (only a few are required to be sorted

Here is a layout of what I am looking for

Basically I want it in a table

I want to sort on any of the Bolded Column names

But I also want the ability to collapse the table row as show with *<

This will be tricky, because if I have 800 rows I want to expand and collapse them ALL at once (if possible)

What about alternatives:

• You can make your table to fit screen and make it srollable with Table Filter macro.
• You can filter your table with Table Filter macro. There are many different ways to do this, for example, you can set default filters or to make it show only first X rows by default.

Well I am looking for an affordable solution.  We have about 50-100 users so the monthly fee is out of our range.  I will try the 'free' version to determine if it is at least flexible enough for my use.  But I still hope there is a different layout option
