What search are you trying here?  (I mean what are you typing into the "ask question" box to try to find it?)

However, I don't think your search is the problem.  I'm asking just to see if I have the same problem when I search.

At the moment, it looks like the index here on Answers isn't working quite the way it should be - yesterday, the "most recent" question was stuck on one that is now about 20 hours old all day.  New questions were being asked and answered, emails were going out, but "most recent" wasn't updated.  It's changed now, but "most recent" is now "9 hours ago".  That strongly suggests that new content is not being indexed.  (And someone did a manual re-index about 9 hours ago)

I searched with the exact title, both in the search field on top of the page and in the "question field"

I get the same.  I'm 99% sure the indexing in questions is not working.
