Hi!

I am currently trying to set up an overview for different project.

I'd like them to be "sorted" whether they are active or passive.

I am currently working with the Page Properties Makro.

But I can only get it to work that there is a list with everything (all sites with the property "XY" for example) to show up in the overview.

I tried including another property called "XYZ" and added another marko on a different page to have them separated this way but it doesn't seem to work.

Any Ideas or Workarounds to sort projects (projects are inserted via individual sites, the contents within the site are marked via a the optional page property - ID's)

Thank you!

Hi @Clarissa Fitzner ,

Welcome to the community !

I think labels might help you out here:

If you add a label "active" or "passive" to your pages

You can use the makro: content by label to show only the active projects

Hi Frederik!

Thank you so much for the quick answer.

Labels seems a good idea.

But where do I need to put them - contentwise? Do I add them everythwere and for the overview simply choose either active or passive?

Thank you!

Best

Clarissa

I would add them to all pages.

When you view a page (not in edit mode) you can quickly add labels at the bottom:

When editing you have an option in the menu on the right:
