When I am in the migration assistant all checks are green but there is an alert in the button of the page saying 1 blocking error and I can not click on RUN.
Is there any idea how to know what is the blocking issue?

The error should now be fixed, or at least visible.

Can you access your logs? Maybe try performing the checks then immediately generate a support zip and have a look at the application log. You night get more information there.
