https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/ has a "Run in Postman" button next to "..." on the About line

The equivalent links for Server just go to documentation - https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/confluence-server-rest-api/

Is there a tutorial or Postman collection my intern can import for Confluence Server?

Thanks,

   Martin.

Hello Martin,

Thank you for contacting us. Due to firewalls and restrictions that many users have on their Confluence Server instances, providing this functionality would likely cause confusion for those who are not the server admins and might not know why the functionality doesn't work as well as it does for Cloud.

For more information on this feature in Cloud, check out this post on our Atlassian Developer Community:

Your intern can still install Postman on their workstation, and run the REST API queries through it by connecting to your server.

If you have any questions about this, I would recommend raising the query at the Developer Community. This community here is more for end-users, but for those who want to do more with Confluence and develop add-ons for it, the Developer Community is more geared towards that.

Let me know if you have any questions about this.

Regards,

Shannon
