Pages is not editing after migrate from cloud

We migrated confluence from cloud to on-premises. Had to tweak some users and disable shared editing. However, some pages are not enabled for editing, even if the user is not an administrator, and others are no longer accessible.

Page Restrictions, maybe? If you are a Space Admin, you can see which Pages have restrictions easily.
