Hi @jjyu welcome to the community. As you are using the software in the cloud, there may be issues with your machine communicating with the cloud. A few things you can try would be to reboot your machine and try it again. You could also try a different browser to see if the issue persists. Checking with your co-workers to see if they have the same issue would be another thing to check. I know Atlassian had some issues earlier today. You can check on the system status by using Status Page from Atlassian.
If the problem persists, your SysAdmin (or you if that's you) could open a ticket with Atlassian Support to see if there is more going on. That URL is support.atlassian.com/contact.
