Hi,
As an administrator of Atlassian products, in this case Confluence, is it possible to see how often a space is accessed, or which space was last used?
I would like to see the use of confluence across spaces
Regards,
Eric Roetenberg
Hello Eric,
Yes, this is possible via Confluence Analytics for Cloud Premium and Enterprise:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-analytics-to-see-how-content-is-performing/
If you also intend to build rules to keep content up to date and archive pages and spaces, I highly recommend to check out the add-on "Better Content Archiving for Confluence":
Kind regards
Chris
Thanks Christian for mentioning Better Content Archiving!
This is how a content status overview looks like that gives you an idea of the content health across your spaces:
Better Content Archiving is a comprehensive solution for automatic lifecycle management rules for Confluence, with automated statuses, notifications, and archiving on top of usage metrics.

Hello Eric,
On the Confluence Cloud Standard Plan, there is no built-in tool to analyze the activities on your spaces and content.
If you do not mind using a 3rd party app you will find here some solutions for your use case.
Kind regards
Mattia
