Overview of project releases in Confluence?

Is it possible to create a simple table inside Confluence that displays all the releases you have in a specific JIRA project?

Basically the same with JIRA Macro that displays all the epics, user stories and so on that you have in a project but only for releases.

This is not directly possible. But you have two options,

Create a custom macro plugin
- This plugin can consume Jira's rest API and display list version as you like
- You will have almost unlimited configuration option with this
Use Advance Table Macro by Bob Swift
- This is plugin available in marketplace that can consume any REST API to display it as table
