Onsite confluence instance comes with REST API support?

Hello, our client has deployed confluence onsite. They can access it via URLs like https://abc.def.com/confluence/spaces/....

 

While we can use Atlassian REST API via URLs like https://abc.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content. Do we have REST API available in the deployed confluence instance or not? If so, what is the URL to access it?
