We have a weekly meeting. We create ONE 'meeting Notes'; page per meeting and below that one a minutes-of-the meeting pages with the action points.
What I want is ONE main page with ALL action items from all the meetings. Is this possible?

You can use the Task Report Macro for this. You can restrict either to specific labels you apply to each meeting notes page, or list a page/space that they appear on.
