Hi.
I have a login to a confluence (and jira) installation. I'm "just" normal user (no admin rights), and need a local copy of the information in the installation.
How can I do that?
I only need what I can access legally, so does @Atlassian offer a way to automate the process: Click into every single link I can access, and save what is visible as html files?
...or something similar..
Thanks in advance,
R
Is the information on the pages in a Space you are after or the Installation-settings of the application?
If its' the first, should be able to select Space Tools (down right) and then Content Tools, Under Content Tools there is Export.
There you can choose to export as HTML, PDF or CSV.
As @Maltavius wrote It is possible to export into several formats. We do not allow our users to use this feature to prevent unauthorized copies of our intellectual property. However you can ask an admin to do it for you. If there is a good reason they might help you.

Two scenarios with two different partners:
1) We have had the option, but it was closed since the XML export showed confidencial information, which the admin couldn't close down for.
2) We have a lot of documentation at a partners installation. We are working in two different directions, and they do not cooperate. Therefore I can't ask them to open that option.
I have had a look at Cyotek WebCopy, and it seems as I can get part of the way, but I havn't succeeded to download every (visible for me) document.
I need to stress: I am not interested in getting information I'm not allowed to see due to policies in the installation. I'm only interested in avoiding to download every single accesible page manually.
