Official Jira - Getting help

Hi All,

we need to submit a support ticket but we cannot decide where to ask for help: in Atlassian Forum or raising a support request in Jira? Which is faster? Which do you suggest?

Other: when I create the Support ZIP, does it reduce the performance of the Jira or Confluence?

Thanks in advance,

Rumi

We are not support.

There's no harm in asking here, but there's no guarantee of a response, and no guarantee it will be quick. Support will always get back to you, and have an SLA (not that I've bothered to read it, they've always got back to me a lot faster than I needed)

Yes, creating the zip file has an overhead. If you have a large or complex system, it could have a noticable impact. I've not seen one stop the systems dead, but it can slow them a bit.
